September 1: legs, heavy weight edition

As I stated on Tuesday “my legs suck” “they will grow!” I am dedicated/focused on bringing them up! I am now training them twice a week! I am alternating between high reps and med weight to continue to get them defined for the show and training heavy with low reps. I love lifting heavy so I really enjoyed my domination today!
